"Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father,
and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost." Matthew 28:19
Most people realize that they should be bearers of the Good News. We are directed to teach and edify all nations, whether that be down the street or around the world. The following areas would be addressed by this ministry:
Investigate ideas on where church funds would be more appropriately spent to spread the borders of God's Kingdom.
Contact and receive reports from missionaries supported by Lascassas Church of Christ and arrange for them to make a presentation to our congregation when possible.
With the help of our pulpit minister, coordinate missionary campaigns – domestic and/or abroad – that will give our teens & any adult member at Lascassas a chance to participate.
Coordinate home/correspondence Bible studies, especially with new Christians within our congregation.
Be responsible for the church's participation in helping local outreach opportunities such as Inner City Ministry, Raiders for Christ, Churches of Christ Disaster Relief, etc.
