We are social creatures and the more we know about each other the more we ought to appreciate and want to work with one another. Often congregations will spend much time & money on the Youth and the Seniors of the Church but tend to forget the groups in between.  In all honesty, within these age groups you are more likely to find the members who can ‘burn out’ if they do not have an opportunity to relax & be refreshed themselves on regular bases.
